I guess four years of hard work gets you a quarter.

Why are places so lame about giving raises?! I was supposed to get a raise after a year of working (it would have only been like $0.45 or so), but it was right before minimum wage went up. So, I had my raise for like a week and then I went back to minimum wage, which was of course much higher than before, but still! We work hard! We should get real raises....like a whole dollar! YEAH!
